AMelia Earnest

Amelia is passionate about health care and works as a management consultant at BCG. Amelia graduated in 2022 from Columbia Business School, where she was a Feldberg and Forté Fellow. Prior to CBS, Amelia spent three years working at the global health communications consulting firm Global Health Strategies. There, she developed and executed advocacy and resource mobilization campaigns for global health clients including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Global Polio Eradication Initiative. Amelia earned her B.A. in Global Affairs from Yale University. 

Amelia was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. In her free time, Amelia enjoys propagating plants, playing absurdly complex board games, and hiking the peaks of New England.
