Claire Burke

Claire was born and raised in the Lower Hudson Valley, NY and graduated from NYU Stern with a BS in 2007. Post-college, Claire worked at Lincoln International, a middle-market investment bank focused mostly on sell-side M&A advisory, for 6 years (4 years in NYC, 2 years in LA). While in investment banking, Claire co-founded a production company given her personal passion for film and media. She moved back to NYC for her MBA at Columbia in 2013, where she was a Feldberg Fellow. Claire pursued interests in media, tech and start-ups while at Columbia and worked for Raine Group, Hearst, theSkimm and Female Founders Fund. She joined Goby as Co-Founder immediately following graduation in May 2015. Goby is looking to revolutionize oral care starting with what's most important and impactful -- your toothbrush. Goby's thesis is simple: exploit a gap in the existing oral care market by offering a better electric toothbrush at a better price, all while optimizing the user experience. 

Claire enjoys fitness, practicing mindfulness, live music, and spending time with family and friends.
