EDDIE AUSLANDER

Eddie is a Vice President at H.I.G Capital, a private equity firm with over $65 billion in assets under management, where he evaluates majority buyouts in the industrial, consumer, business services, healthcare, and technology sectors. Eddie is currently a Board Member for United Flow Technologies, an HIG portfolio company that was established to deliver products and technical solutions to the water and wastewater industry. His prior board experience includes being a Board Observer for Lipari Foods and Soleo Health.

Previously, Eddie was an Associate at H.I.G. Capital. He began his career at Jefferies in 2017, where he worked as an investment banking analyst in the Global Industrials Group.  Eddie graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Social & Political History. During his 4 years at CMU, Eddie was also a member of the Varsity Football Team. Eddie received his MBA from Columbia Business School in 2024. 

Eddie is originally from Erie, PA, but spent most of his elementary and middle school years in Strasbourg, France, and Macclesfield, England, before going to high school in Cary, NC. In his spare time, Eddie enjoys playing golf (poorly), weightlifting, watching NFL and Premier League soccer, and reading non-fiction.
