Bill Geist

Bill Geist is an Associate at Perella Weinberg Partners in New York where he is a member of the firm’s advisory practice. Bill grew up outside of Annapolis, Maryland and received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College in 2010. At Harvard, he was an All-Ivy League defenseman on the Varsity Lacrosse team and graduated cum laude with a BA in Economics. During his senior year, he served as team captain and received the Mike Davis Award for Leadership, presented to the team’s outstanding leader. 

After graduation, Bill moved to New York and joined the Equity Capital Markets group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. There, he structured and executed public equity offerings for corporations and financial sponsors before enrolling at Columbia Business School. Bill remains close to the lacrosse community through CityLax, Inc., an organization that helps inner-city schools fund and develop lacrosse programs.
