Keshav Prasad
Keshav Prasad is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, where he is a Meyer Feldberg Distinguished Fellow. Prior to attending CBS, Keshav was a Strategic Direct Lending Manager at Cross River Bank, where he helped deploy over $600 million into bilateral private asset-backed credit facilities to finance the origination and purchase of fintech receivables by specialty finance platforms and asset managers. Previously, as the first hire on the Corporate Development team, Keshav helped found Cross River Digital Ventures, the company’s corporate venture capital and fund-of-funds arm, led the execution of multiple closed M&A transactions and loan workouts, and managed the financial workstreams for the company’s $620+ million growth financing.
Prior to joining Cross River Bank, Keshav was an Investment Banking Associate at SenaHill Partners, a fintech-focused merchant bank, where he advised on M&A and capital raise transactions. He started his career in product management at ITG, an electronic trading technology company.
Keshav attended The University of Chicago, where he graduated with a BA in Economics with General Honors; while at The University of Chicago, Keshav was a member of the Cross Country and Track teams.
Keshav is originally from Plainsboro, New Jersey, where he attended West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North. He serves on the Junior Board of Futures and Options and volunteers as a mentor for Minds Matter of New York City. In his spare time, Keshav enjoys going for runs, practicing guitar, reading and writing fiction, and going for hikes with his rescue greyhound, Clifford.
