Elena Bonifacio

Elena Bonifacio is currently the Director of People Strategy at Google.  She previously was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group and Senior Director of People Operations at Cameo.  

Elena graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in Psychology and American Studies. She received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where she was the recipient of the prestigious Feldberg Fellowship. She is on the Board of Directors for two Brooklyn focused non-profits: Access Justice Brooklyn and Brooklyn Ballet.  She is an active Angel Investor through the Black Angel Group collective. In her spare time, Elena enjoys keeping up with the NYC restaurant scene and rooting for the New York Giants.
